** Time schedule are stringent in nature and participants who have already registered their names with organizers before 4th july 2008, need to be present at Registration desk before the dead line. No last minute request of inclusions will be allowed subject to the availability of time slots.

*** Participants in this category have to be categorically inform the organizers about their requirements in competitions. Participants with CD or cassettes need to verify the electronic compatibility and availability before 4.00 pm. All the participants are advised to prepare the presentation ONLY for 3 minuets and NO spill over of time will be allowed. This is required to give everybody a fair chance.
